WHY AM I WILLING TO SPEND ALL OF THAT TIME WITH YOU FOR FREE ?

One of the answers is that I am proud to practice criminal law. I like, and enjoy, the practice of criminal law. Of the various types of law that I have practiced over the years, the most satisfying, and rewarding, to me has always been my criminal law practice. It has not always been the most lucrative but it has always been the most emotionally satisfying and fulfilling.

Over the years, I've discovered that to have that kind of criminal law practice, however, I can't represent everybody in the world who is accused of a crime -- especially all at one time. I have to provide highly personalized services in a limited number of cases. I have to know my clients and their situation well. I have to be able to deal with them, and their problems, one-on-one.

Yes, I do make my living representing people who are accused of committing crimes. I'm not a public defender or a civil liberties lawyer. I don't work for free. I want to, and expect to, be paid reasonably well for my commitment and for the services that I render.

I'm interested in doing the best job I can. I'm interested in trying to do the job right; the way I was taught at the National College of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Public Defenders, where I graduated with Honors, back in 1975.

Quite honestly, I have no interest at all in representing half the people in the courtroom on any given morning, or meeting my client for the first time in the courtroom hallway, or discovering the facts of the case for the first time on the first day of trial, or in doing "stand-up" trials.

Money aside, I'm concerned about what I consider to be the dangerous erosion of Constitutional Rights in this country and the hysteria that, I believe, threatens to swamp our criminal justice system today.

Money aside, I'm looking to represent people who are accused of serious crimes, who have some commitment to their own cause and who really care about whether they win or lose. People who are prepared to help me, help them.

Money aside, I'm interested in helping people in cases where I can, potentially, make a difference and really accomplish something for them. I'm not interested in simply holding your hand as you plead guilty as charged and then waving goodbye to you as they take you away to prison.

Obviously, I can't give you any guarantees about the outcome of your case. No lawyer can. But, what you need is a lawyer who is CARING, COMMITTED, COMPETENT. Whether I'm that lawyer is up to you to decide.

If after our free, no obligation, consultation, you decide to represent yourself, or hire another lawyer, or be represented by the public defender, that's ok. No obligation means no obligation. It costs you nothing. And, at least, you will have the information in this free report and the benefit of the information that I provide you in our meeting.

If you feel this approach is fair, and want to take advantage of my offer of a free, no obligation, consultation, just conatct me a ll and I will set aside a time for us to meet.

Thank you for the opportunity to share this information with you and good luck.
