BEWARE

While an attorney may legally and ethically represent you on a contingency fee basis -- no recovery, no fee -- the reimbursement

of legal expenses, or "costs", advanced, or "fronted' by an

attorney, cannot legally, and ethically, be made contingent upon the outcome of the case and must always be reimbursable, win, lose or draw.

It is illegal, and unethical, for any attorney to advance, or "front" your legal expenses, or "costs", for you on a contingency basis!

Beware also of any attorney who "guarantees" that he will make a recovery in your case -- especially one who "guarantees" you that he will recover a specific dollar amount for you!

Because all litigation is inherently risky and uncertain -- depending as it does upon the whims of judges, juries and arbitrators, it is unethical for any attorney to "guarantee" success or any particular result.

You need a lawyer that you trust. Not one who is shady and engages is illegal, or unethical, practices.
