SO WHAT ARE GOING TO DO FOR ME ?
You've been hurt. Perhaps seriously. You're in pain. Your world has just been turned upside down through no fault of your own. Because of your injuries, you probably can't work and because you are disabled and can't work, you may very well have money problems. Not just your life, but your family life, is a shambles.
Your car has probably been destroyed and you, very likely, are without transportation.
You certainly need to go to the doctor, but you are worried about whether you can afford to and about who is going to pay for it. And, without transportation, how can you get to the doctor anyway?
Now, I have come along and told you that the large truck line, and its big insurance company, see you as the enemy and, are not only unlikely to help you but, are probably gearing-up to fight you to the death to prevent you from recovering what you are legally entitled to as compensation for your injury; that your doctors may, wittingly or unwittingly, play right into the hands of that insurance company; and that the very judges, jurors and arbitrators that you would normally expect to help you are unlikely, in these days and times, to be very sympathetic to you. Admittedly, that is a pretty grim picture.
