ONE THING YOU DON'T WANT IS TO BE PRESSURED

You are probably under a lot of pressure at the moment -- from the large truck line, and its big insurance company, pressuring you for a statement and authorizations; from pressures to settle early and cheap; from hospitals and doctors that want to be paid; from creditors that care less that your injured and unable to work.

The one thing you clearly don't need is more pressure -- especially from some personal injury lawyer whose "runners", or "cappers", may be all over you like a wet blanket!

The decisions that you have to make about whether to get a lawyer and, if so, what kind and who, are among the most important decisions that you will make during the course of your case. Maybe one of the most important decisions in your life.

You need to think it through carefully and make the very best

decision that you can -- for you and for your family -- and without being pressured.

One of the reasons that I have written this letter is to see if I can help. I would like to share my experience with you. Talk to you about your rights, describe how the system works, how cases like yours are typically handled and evaluated, and answer your questions, deal with your concerns, without pressuring you -- and free of charge!
