WHY AM I WILLING TO SPEND ALL THAT TIME WITH YOU FOR FREE?
One of the answers is that I am proud to be a personal injury lawyer. I like what I do and I want you to see for yourself that there are lawyers out there who are honest, ethical and willing to work for your best interests; lawyers who are caring, committed and competent.
Another is that I'm simply sick and tired of seeing innocent, deserving, people, who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own, being "ripped-off" by large truck lines and their big insurance companies. It's a disgrace and we ought to put a stop to it!
And, yes, quite honestly, I make my living by helping injured people just like you. I'm always looking for someone who has a legitimate claim, a good case, that will afford me an opportunity
to help them, really accomplish something for them, and, at the same time, earn a reasonable fee. I feel very privileged, very lucky, to be able to make a living helping others. Not everybody has that opportunity and I appreciate it.
How, and when, do I get paid? I represent injured people on a contingency fee basis. If, and only if, I am successful in making a recovery for them do I get paid a fee and that fee is a percentage, and comes out, of that recovery that I have obtained for them from the large truck line or its big insurance company.
And, yes, separate and apart from that fee, I also get reimbursed for whatever legal expenses, or "costs", I may have advanced, or "fronted", interest-free, for you, at the conclusion of the case and without regard to the outcome of the case.
That is the way that virtually all personal injury cases are traditionally handled across the country. It is legal, ethical and, I think, very fair. It provides a way for the ordinary citizen, "the little guy", who could never afford to pay an attorney on an hourly basis, to hire a lawyer and take on even the biggest, and richest, corporations in America and to have his day in court.
If after our free, no obligation, consultation, you decide to represent yourself, or hire some other lawyer, that's ok. No obligation means no obligation and you are always free to "do it yourself" or hire someone else. It costs you nothing. You risk nothing. And, at least, you will have the information in this report and the benefit of the information that I provide you in our meeting.
If you think this approach is fair, and want to take advantage of my offer of a free, no obligation, consultation, just give me a call and I will set aside a time for us to meet.
Thank you for the opportunity to share this information with you and good luck.
