YOUR CREDIBILITY IS THE KEY

Every personal injury lawyer knows that the star witness in his case is always going to be his client. As the injured party, the case is going to be won, or lost, primarily upon your credibility or believability.

When you get down to basics, you are going to someday be asking some large truck line, or its big insurance company, or some judge, or jury, or arbitrator, to believe you when you say that you were

genuinely injured in the accident, through no fault of your own, and that your claims for those injuries, your medical expenses, your loss of income, the loss of quality in your life, your pain and suffering, are all legitimate and that you deserve to be reasonably compensated for those injuries and damages.

They will either believe you or not. Thumbs up or thumbs down!

Therefore, it is absolutely essential that everything that you, and your lawyer, do and say, during the course of your case, be absolutely true and irrefutable!

Those who will judge you will forgive an occasional innocent lapse of memory, or mistake in recollection, because we all, as human being, are subject to those lapses or mistakes. However, they will not forgive lies and they will not accept an endless flood of excuses as to why you said something that was inaccurate, or incomplete, or simply dead wrong!

To win, you must, in their eyes, deserve to win! Always and completely!
